The Kings Park project was acquired in 2010 and involved the purchase of 45 newly completed high bay industrial strata units in one line. Being less than one kilometre from the M7 exit to Blacktown, Kings Park was an ideal location for this industrial estate. With an ideal ratio of office to warehouse, ample parking and affordable price points, this product was seen as an ideal opportunity to be repositioned and offered to the owner occupier market. Ramsay Property Group undertook completion works of the interiors within the facility where required and improved the overall presentation of the complex. Marketing of individual units commenced in late 2010 and through strong and effective marketing and branding, it was 100% sold in just over 12 months.
