Michael Siddle is a director of Ramsay Property Group Pty Ltd and brings to the board considerable expertise in business and corporate governance and extensive experience in property development.

Michael is also Deputy Chairman of Ramsay Health Care Limited, a listed private global hospital group operating over 100 hospitals and day surgery facilities across Australia and overseas. He is also Deputy Chairman of Prime Media Group Limited, one of Australia's largest regional television and radio operators, with media experience in Australia, New Zealand and abroad. Michael has also been the Deputy Chairman of The Paul Ramsay Group of Companies for over 30 years.
